If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order send us an email on email@example.com. Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the Track order. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.
Why is my
order still processing?

Can I change
my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
