Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at 080-26489951 from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM- 6 PM. You may also send an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
· Once return product is received at the warehouse, the compliance team will check & inspect the product to verify if it adheres to the requirements to our return policy.
· Upon clearance, full refund on the product value will be offered.
· Full refund on the product value will be made to your credit/ Debit card or Net Banking account, whichever used at the time of purchasing the product.
· Please allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in case of Credit card for the refund to reflect on the bank statements.
· Please note the card refunds may take upto 7 -10 days depending on the policies of the issuing bank to complete the refund transaction. Please consult your bank for more information.
· For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only. Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code. We will never request any other bank or card details. If you receive an email claiming to be from Induspolo asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.
· Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.
· If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to inquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
NOTE: - Products bought on Induspolo.com cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores. Please follow our online return process.
